## Overview

Advance (Advance Tech Lending Inc.) is a Philippine fintech that gives businesses and their employees fast, responsible credit. It pioneered the country's first 24/7 salary-on-demand (earned-wage-access) platform, letting employees draw a portion of already-earned pay early via a mobile app, integrated with employer HRIS/payroll. It has since added business working-capital products (Business Advance, direct and payroll disbursement). Serving roughly half a million employees through 200+ partner companies, Advance has raised about US$16M+ to date (a US$16M pre-Series A in March 2023) and expanded to Vietnam via the acquisition of BravoHR.
