## Overview

AllEasy, Inc. operates the AllEasy Pay e-wallet, a BSP-licensed electronic money issuer (EMI-NBFI) and registered Operator of Payment Systems that is part of the Villar Group ecosystem. Launched in 2020, the app lets users send money, pay bills and QR merchants, buy mobile load, cash in and out, and load toll RFIDs, with Standard and Plus account tiers. Headquartered in Las Piñas City, AllEasy has been promoted across Villar-group businesses such as Bria Homes and Camella, and is on the BSP's EMI registry as of May 2026.
