## Overview

DiskarTech is RCBC's financial-inclusion super app and the Philippines' first all-in-one Taglish (Tagalog-English, with Cebuano) digital banking platform, launched July 1, 2020 to bring sachet banking to unbanked and underbanked Filipinos. It offers basic deposit and regular savings accounts (no maintaining balance), the Pasado Loan of up to PHP 500,000, fund transfers, bills payment, e-load, QR payments, cash-in/out via 100,000+ agents, plus affordable insurance and telemedicine. Deposits are supervised by the BSP and insured by PDIC. The app surpassed 3 million downloads within three months of launch.
