## Overview

etomo is an online consumer-lending app operated by Etomo Financing Corporation (formerly AND Financing Corporation), the Philippine subsidiary of Mongolian-Singaporean fintech AND Global. Established in 2018, it first ran the LendPinoy platform before rebranding to etomo in July 2024, after Japan's Marubeni Corporation and Premium Group acquired majority control of the company in June 2024 with fresh capital. Using AI-based credit scoring, etomo offers collateral-free personal loans to salaried Filipinos and their families via its mobile app and web portal. It is SEC-registered and regulated by SEC-FinLenD.
