## Overview

FinScore is a Philippine alternative credit-scoring company that turns telco data into predictive credit scores, helping lenders assess thin-file and unbanked borrowers. Using 400+ telco variables (top-up patterns, data usage, SIM age) from Smart and Globe subscribers, it became the first to cover 100% of the country's mobile base. Founded in 2018 by Diana Krumova, it has delivered 15M+ alternative scores and supported over US$500M in loans. In August 2023 it was acquired by Malaysia's CTOS Digital, expanding its credit-decisioning, fraud-detection and analytics suite for banks and lenders.
