## Overview

GrabPay is the financial-services brand built into the Grab super-app in the Philippines. The GrabPay wallet, operated by BSP-regulated GPay Network PH Inc., lets users pay for Grab rides, food and delivery, scan merchant QR codes, check out online, pay bills, buy load, transfer funds and earn GrabRewards, plus PayLater BNPL. Through SEC-licensed Grab Financial Services Philippines, Inc., Grab also offers GrabFinance Quick Cash working-capital loans for merchant-partners and Grab Cash Loan for consumers and drivers. A wholly owned part of NASDAQ-listed Grab Holdings (NASDAQ: GRAB).
