HelixPay is a Philippine commerce and payments-technology company offering no-code storefronts, event ticketing (sales, on-site scanning, merchandise), subscriptions and recurring payments, and analytics for creators, communities and events. It supports cards, GCash, GrabPay, Maya and bank transfers. Clients have included Warner Music Philippines and Newport World Resorts. Operated by HelixPay Philippines Inc. (formerly BukoPay Solutions Inc.), it is a BSP-registered Operator of Payment System and PCI DSS Level 1 certified. In February 2025 it was acquired by Mosaic Solutions, with PayMongo joining as a strategic investor.
