M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. is one of the Philippines' largest non-bank financial institutions, operating the ML Kwarta Padala remittance network through more than 3,000 branches nationwide. Founded in Cebu City in the 1980s by Michel J. Lhuillier, the company grew into a nationwide money-services business. Today it offers domestic and international money transfer (including a Western Union partnership), pawning and quick cash loans, foreign exchange, bills payment for 1,000+ billers, micro-insurance, and the MCash/ML Wallet mobile wallet. It is supervised by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).
