## Overview

Novus Transact Philippines Corporation is the Philippine arm of Singapore-based Novus Technologies, a B2B digital-banking and payments infrastructure provider (part of the AGS Transact Technologies group). Through its NovaPay and Novus TRANSACT platforms it delivers ATM-as-a-Service, mobile and last-mile ATMs, transaction switching, digital wallets, merchant/POS, and core-banking software to banks and financial institutions. It powers RCBC's "ATM Go," the country's largest bank-agnostic mobile ATM network, which posted 50% revenue growth in 2024. A BSP-registered Operator of Payment Systems based in Makati.
