## Overview

PalawanPay is the e-wallet of the Palawan Pawnshop Group (Palawan Pawnshop, Palawan Express Pera Padala), launched in April 2022 to bring digital financial services to underserved and unbanked Filipinos. Operated by BSP-licensed e-money issuer PPS-PEPP Financial Services Corporation, it offers cash-in/cash-out, domestic and international remittance (Pera Padala), bill payments, e-load, QR payments, a Visa virtual card and embedded micro-insurance. It bridges digital and over-the-counter transactions across the group's 70,000+ branches and agents nationwide, and surpassed 22 million subscribers in 2025.
