## Overview

Paynamics Technologies, Inc. is a Makati-based payment gateway and payments processor founded in 2010. Its platform lets businesses accept payments through 50+ channels — cards, e-wallets (GCash, Maya), online banking via InstaPay/PESONet, over-the-counter, and installments — plus mass-disbursement payouts, a business wallet, and embedded-finance (BaaS) solutions. BSP-licensed as an Electronic Money Issuer (June 2020) and a registered Operator of Payment Systems, it is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified and reports serving 5,000+ merchants (2026). In 2025 it partnered with Mastercard to launch Click to Pay in the Philippines.
