## Overview

PayRex is a Philippine online payment gateway operated by Evolut10n Labs, Inc., launched in late 2023 by former PayMongo co-founders Jaime Hing and Edwin Lacierda. It lets businesses accept credit and debit cards, GCash, Maya, QR Ph and BNPL, with developer APIs, hosted checkout, payment pages, a Shopify plugin and finance-automation tools. A BSP-registered Operator of Payment System, it processes payments under PCI DSS standards, serving merchants such as the SM Store and SM Markets. In January 2026 it raised a US$2M Series A led by Kollab.
