## Overview

PDAX (Philippine Digital Asset Exchange), operated by Fyntegrate Inc., is a BSP-licensed cryptocurrency exchange serving Filipino retail and institutional investors. Founded in 2018, it offers spot crypto trading, a digital wallet, remittance and institutional services, and has expanded into real-world-asset tokenization — launching tokenized Philippine treasury bills and Project Bayani in 2025. It is a BSP-registered Virtual Asset Service Provider, Electronic Money Issuer and Remittance and Transfer Company. PDAX raised a US$50M Series B led by Tiger Global in 2022.
