## Overview

PearlPay Inc. is a Philippine fintech founded in 2018 that provides cloud-based digital banking infrastructure to rural banks, microfinance institutions, and cooperatives that serve the country's unbanked rural communities. Built on AWS, its platform spans core banking, agent banking, loan management, a payment gateway, and white-label mobile wallets, letting small banks digitize without heavy on-premise systems.
