## Overview

Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) is one of the largest universal banks in the Philippines, founded in 1960 by Alfonso Yuchengco and headquartered at RCBC Plaza in Makati. Listed on the PSE (ticker: RCB) and part of the Yuchengco Group, it offers retail and corporate banking, lending, credit cards (RCBC Bankard), remittances, and digital services. It operates the financial-inclusion super app DiskarTech. Japan's SMBC is a major strategic shareholder (about 24.5% as of December 2025).
