## Overview

SAVii (formerly Uploan) is a Philippine fintech offering salary-linked financial wellness to employees through their employers. It partners with companies to provide salary loans, salary advances, free insurance, and savings at no cost to the employer, with repayments collected via payroll deduction. It built its own credit-scoring model using employment and HR data to serve workers underserved by banks. Founded in 2017, it became the country's market-leading salary lender and was acquired in 2024 by JG Summit and Tyme Group, the shareholders behind GoTyme Bank.
