Founded in 2016 and operated by Seedbox Technologies, Inc. in partnership with ATR Asset Management (ATRAM), Indonesia's Indivara Group, and Rampver Financials, it also offers white-label investment solutions for businesses. Its sister firm Seedbox Securities, Inc. is an SEC-licensed broker-dealer and PSE Trading Participant (Broker ID 365). In 2022 Seedbox raised US$6M (~PHP 306M) led by SBI Ventures Singapore and Philippine Equity Partners.
