Sprout Solutions is the Philippines' largest homegrown B2B HR and payroll SaaS company, founded in 2015 by Patrick and Alex Gentry. Serving 1,000+ corporate clients and 180,000+ employees, it runs HRIS, payroll, compliance and analytics. In September 2024 it launched Sprout Finances, an embedded-finance suite: ReadyWage (earned-wage access / salary-on-demand) and ReadyCash (salary advances of PHP 3,000-50,000, powered by partner bank Netbank), with ReadySaver savings in development. Sprout has raised about US$18.3M across seed, Series A (Point72 Ventures) and a 2023 US$10.7M Series B led by Cercano Management.
