## Overview

TopWallet is a blockchain-enabled mobile e-wallet operated by TopJuan Technologies Corporation, holding both Electronic Money Issuer (EMI) and Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) registrations from the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
