    Overview

Asialink Finance Corporation is one of the Philippines' largest non-bank lenders, specializing in collateral-backed credit for micro, small and medium enterprises — secured vehicle, truck and second-hand auto loans, real-estate-backed business loans, and OFW/seafarer personal loans. Founded in Pasig in 1997, it operates roughly 250 branches nationwide. In February 2024 private-equity firm Creador acquired an 18% stake for ₱4 billion, and the company has since secured IFC, ADB and CGIF-backed facilities to expand MSME lending (targeting ₱17 billion in disbursements for 2025) while digitalizing operations. Majority-owned by the Lugtu family.
