The directory, profiles and newsletter are general information. They are not financial, investment or legal advice, and a listing is not an endorsement.

We work to keep facts accurate but can't guarantee they are complete or current. Check a company's registration with the BSP, SEC or Insurance Commission before doing business with it.

• Listing is free. We review every submission and may edit, decline or remove a listing.
• Only submit for a company you represent, and only information that is true.
• You allow us to publish what you submit, including the company's name and logo.

Featured companies are always labelled Featured. Featuring never changes a profile's facts or search order.

Please don't:

• submit false or misleading information, or spam the forms
• try to break, overload or get around the site's security
• copy the directory in bulk to republish it

Company names and logos belong to their owners. The site's text, design and compilation belong to fintech.ph. You're welcome to quote and link to us with credit.

We link to company websites and news sources. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them.

The site is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using it or relying on its information.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
