Founded in 2021 by Aaron Villegas and Khriztina Lim, it started as a digital listahan (ledger) for tracking income, expenses, debts (utang) and invoices for sari-sari stores and MSMEs. It has since expanded into broader money management (budgeting, savings goals, bill reminders), plus a marketplace to compare and apply for credit cards, loans and insurance, and in-app access to credit scores from the CIC, CIBI and TransUnion. Lista has raised ~US$5.1M+ from investors led by 1982 Ventures and Openspace Ventures.
