OmniPay (Omni Pay, Incorporated, formerly PVB Card Corporation) is a BSP-licensed non-bank electronic money issuer and prepaid-card pioneer based in Makati. It was the first non-bank EMI supervised by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and the first non-bank participant in the BSP's PhilPaSSplus real-time gross settlement system. OmniPay is a principal issuer-acquirer for JCB and UnionPay, an e-commerce acquirer for Discover and Diners Club, the first EMI affiliate of the BancNet network, and a Eurogiro member. Its OmniPay Mobile App lets cardholders manage funds and cards, send money to other banks, and pay via QR Ph.
