Bayad, formerly Bayad Center, is the Philippines' pioneer and leader in outsourced payment collection, operated by CIS Bayad Center, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Meralco. It aggregates 500+ billers accessible through 100,000+ physical and digital touchpoints nationwide. Following its 2021 rebrand from Bayad Center to Bayad, it expanded from over-the-counter bills payment into a full-service fintech, launching the Bayad app and Bayad Online with remittance, e-load, e-wallet (Pera Manager) and real-time Meralco posting. It is BSP-registered as an Operator of Payment System and a Remittance and Transfer Company.
