    Overview

Electronic Commerce Payments, Inc. (ECPay) is one of the Philippines' largest electronic payments and bills-payment networks. Founded around 2001, it lets retail outlets and partners accept bills payments, e-load and electronic PINs, prepaid and cash-card reloads, e-wallet top-ups, airline tickets and online/credit-card payments, across 490,000+ over-the-counter channels and 3,000+ digital touchpoints nationwide. ECPay is a BSP-registered Operator of Payment Systems. After Globe acquired 77% in 2019, it was bought by Mynt, the parent of GCash, for up to PHP 3.0 billion (PCC-cleared 2025), making it a GCash-group subsidiary.
