Paypanda is an online payment platform operated by Cloud Panda PH Inc., a Filipino technology company in Taguig. It lets merchants and businesses accept and settle payments — via online banking, over-the-counter at partner banks and non-banks, cards, e-wallets and QR — through an e-commerce checkout integration and a mobile point-of-sale (ePOS) tool, with a real-time dashboard for monitoring collections. Cloud Panda PH is a BSP-registered Operator of Payment System and is also the developer behind the TokTok super-app and its toktokwallet e-money service.
