    RuralNet, Inc. is a Cebu-based insurtech operating the Philippines' first fully digital, API-driven platform for insurance distribution and claims management. It partners with provincial financial institutions (rural banks, cooperatives and microfinance lenders) to deliver affordable health, accident, life and micro-insurance to underserved Filipinos and SMEs, and runs an SME insurance portal through its wholly-owned, Insurance Commission-licensed brokerage subsidiary, CashKO. RuralNet works with about 25 partner institutions serving roughly 2 million Filipinos. It raised a US$2.15M seed round led by Kickstart Ventures in October 2023.
