Surely, operated by Rainbow Fintech Corporation, is a Philippine insurtech running an Insurance-as-a-Service platform. Its core product, the Surely Hub, is an API layer that lets banks, merchants, retailers and travel partners embed insurance into their digital channels, connecting them to licensed insurer partners. Capabilities include eKYC authentication, partner and merchant interfaces, payments and settlements, and data analytics. In May 2025 it launched the TravelSmart Marketplace with Malayan Insurance and PhilInsure, offering visa-compliant international travel medical insurance integrated with VFS Global visa services.
