    Overview

Talino is a global fintech foundry building inclusive financial infrastructure for emerging markets and the Filipino diaspora, with the Philippines as its flagship market. Founded by Winston Damarillo (founder of Gluecode, acquired by IBM), Talino began as a venture studio for inclusive fintech, building ventures such as BayaniPay, Higala, and Asenso, and now offers a hybrid platform that merges traditional finance with stablecoin rails to power faster, lower-cost cross-border payments, in partnership with PDAX and Bridge (a Stripe company). It closed a US$7.5M Series A in 2026 led by Chemonics International.
