It lets consumers receive utility bills, pay them, and connect with their utility providers in one mobile app, alongside QR payments, due-date reminders, and an in-app inbox. Its closed-loop Blaggo Wallet stores Blaggo Tokens (1 token = 1 peso) used to pay partner billers, with top-ups at neighborhood partner stores. The platform pairs the consumer app with a cloud portal for utility partners, targeting underserved and unbanked Filipinos.
