    Overview

Netbank (A Rural Bank), Inc. is a Philippine Banking-as-a-Service provider — a BSP-licensed, PDIC-insured rural bank that lets fintechs and businesses embed regulated banking into their products. Through modular APIs (Account-, Collect-, Disburse-, and Lend-as-a-Service), partners across payments, e-commerce, lending, HRIS, and vehicle financing can offer deposits, payments, and loans without holding their own banking licence. Founded in 2019 and launched in 2021, it bills itself as the first fully regulated Filipino bank built to power fintechs.
