Oona Insurance Philippines (legally Oona Insular Insurance Corporation, formerly MAPFRE Insular Insurance Corporation) is a digital-first non-life insurer offering motor, CTPL, property, personal accident, health, critical illness, travel, flight-delay, OFW and business insurance. It traces its roots to 1934 and rebranded to Oona on 1 April 2023 after Warburg Pincus established the regional Oona group and acquired the business. Headquartered in Muntinlupa City, it is regulated by the Insurance Commission and is part of Oona's Southeast Asia platform.
