    Overview

    ShopeePay is the official e-wallet of the Shopee e-commerce platform in the Philippines, operated by ShopeePay Philippines, Inc., a BSP-licensed Electronic Money Issuer and part of Sea Limited's fintech arm (Monee, formerly SeaMoney). Launched in 2019, it lets users pay for Shopee orders, scan-to-pay at merchants, pay bills, and send or transfer money. It is paired with SPayLater, a buy-now-pay-later and cash-loan service run by SEC-licensed SeaMoney (Credit) Finance Philippines, Inc.
