TopWallet is a blockchain-enabled mobile e-wallet operated by TopJuan Technologies Corporation, holding both Electronic Money Issuer (EMI) and Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) registrations from the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. It lets Filipinos send money, pay bills, buy load, shop, save and buy or sell cryptocurrency in one app, with support for the national QR Ph standard. The platform serves both consumers and businesses through a nationwide network of cash-in and cash-out points and accredited billers.
