KAYA Payment Platform

KAYA is a cooperative-owned, cloud-based payment and digital-banking platform run by the National Confederation of Cooperatives (NATCCO) with the Philippine Federation of Credit Cooperatives (PFCCO). It lets cooperatives and their members transact across branches, a mobile app, ATMs, and EFT-POS terminals — supporting account opening, fund transfers, loan applications and payments, bills payment, mobile top-up, and e-wallet reload. Launched in 2017 and relaunched as KAYA 2.0 in 2021, it has been adopted by 150+ cooperatives with 400+ branches and ATMs nationwide, advancing financial inclusion in the countryside.
