Meridian

Meridian is a cross-border payments infrastructure company that issues U.S. bank account numbers and runs a Real-Time Deposits network, letting Filipinos receive U.S. payroll, ACH, and wire payments in USD and settle to local accounts. Its rails power consumer-facing services through partners rather than a standalone app: it underpins RCBC Pulz's U.S. virtual accounts (launched September 2025) and the GCash Virtual US Account (launched December 2025), enabling freelancers and OFWs to receive dollars and convert to peso. Founded in 2023, Meridian is registered with the BSP as an Operator of Payment System.
